Many of you may entertain yourselves after a long day of work by hanging out with your friends, eating a big meal and drinking, and having extra fun dancing all night long. But do not worry, here are some simple health tips for you with 3Es- E-Eating, E-Exercise, and E-Emotion.

1. E-Eating the good nutrition for your skin and health

So, you should eat something to fill your stomach 1-2 hours before the party so that you will not be very hungry during the party and end up binge-eating late night.
