Nestlé engineers also manage Nestlé's multibillion-CHF capital investment program.
Engineering at Nestlé encompasses digital operations, ensuring that the best Industry 4.0 technologies are applied and integrated in our assets to optimize their performance. Nestlé engineers also have environmental responsibility, delivering solutions and technologies in areas such as plastic recycling, renewable energies, zero carbon emissions and water reuse.

As a maintenance manager, what I have gained is the knowledge and ability to improve equipment planning and maintenance. Including prevention, forecasting, and basic troubleshooting of the machine. In order to reduce the damage time of the machine, reduce maintenance costs, reduce energy consumption, and increase productivity. More than that, what I got is Leadership and problem-solving skills that bring great results. Including building a network within the organization as well In order to be successful in my career.
