Nestlé (Thai) has been in existence for over 150 years since its establishment in 1893 with the launch of condensed milk, Milkmaid. In the present day, Nestlé (Thai) plays a significant role in job creation, providing over 3,000 employment opportunities through its operations across the nation.
Factories
Starting with the Samrong factory, which was constructed in response to increasing demand for Nestlé products in Thailand and favorable investment conditions. The factory produced three brands of sweetened condensed milk, each sold under its own brand: Carnation, Milkmaid, and BEAR BRAND.
Afterward, the production recombined sterilized milk in addition to sweetened condensed milk. Product lines have since expanded to include UHT milk, cereals, and culinary products such as MAGGI chili sauce, MAGGI ketchup, MAGGI seasoning, and bouillons.
At present, Nestlé built 8 factories and 4 distribution centers in Thailand to serve local demands.
