HR at Nestlé offers opportunities in three broad areas. You could be working in partnership with business managers, helping them to improve performance through people. You could bring your experience in recruitment, development or another specialist HR area to our team. Or you could join one of our centers of scale, which ensures our employees have their essential HR needs taken care of so they can focus on what they do best.

I started my career with Nestlé as HR trainee and since then I’ve been given opportunities to work in various roles from HR Business Partner to Learning & Development. ​ I’m very proud to work at Nestlé and thankful for all the challenging projects and meaningful assignments that have helped me grow professionally and personally over the years.
