Coffee Solutions, Nestlé Professional x Starbucks

We Proudly Serve Starbucks
Nestlé Professional, the business solutions unit of the world’s largest food and beverage manufacturer, today introduced a new service called “We Proudly Serve Starbucks™” Coffee Solutions. It is an integrated business solution that offers two coffee business models, which are Served and Self-Serve, with a range of premium beverages for workplaces or catered locations in Thailand. The first We Proudly Serve Starbucks™ location recently opened at the AIS eSports studio at Samyan Mitrtown.

The launch stems from Nestlé and Starbucks’ global coffee alliance formed in August 2018. This alliance gives Nestlé the perpetual rights to market Starbucks consumer packaged goods and offer coffee and tea products worldwide, outside of Starbucks locations and excluding ready-to-drink products. We Proudly Serve Starbucks™ Coffee Solutions will enable organizations such as offices, hotels, universities, and hospitals to elevate and premiumise their beverage offers through two coffee solutions: Served and Self-Serve, with a cashless payment system as an option. Nestlé Professional has a wide range of coffee solutions and will tailor the mix of products, equipment, and support for the specific needs of each location.
For the Served solution, trained baristas prepare perfect handcrafted Starbucks beverages. Self-Serve solutions bring an automated coffee experience to consumers, who can prepare their own cup of Starbucks coffee using the latest user-friendly espresso technology. In addition, Self-Serve solutions are available as both counter-top and freestanding modular units to suit any environment, with an option of a cashless payment system. Both the Served and Self-Serve solutions offer a variety of Starbucks premium beverages, from espresso-based classics such as cappuccino and caffé latte, to iced beverages, hot chocolate drinks, and specialties in Short and Tall sizes.
