Nestlé believes that good food is the most important foundation for a good life. Nestlé is committed to meeting the needs of Thai consumers at all stages of life. The company operates with two strategic pillars: ‘Good for You’ and ‘Good for the Planet.’ This clear and continuous dedication to deliver on both aspects has led Nestlé to be voted the Most Admired Company 2024 – 2025 in the food industry for the fifth consecutive year, showcasing its success and leadership in management, corporate image, and innovation.

“Over the years, we have consistently operated our business based on these two strategic pillars. The ‘Good for You’ strategy focuses on understanding Thai consumers' needs and offering high-quality, tasty, and nutritious products for all stages of life. We also promote balanced consumption among consumers. The ‘Good for the Planet’ strategy aims at restoring and advancing regenerative food systems at scale to achieve Net Zero by 2050. This involves sustainable sourcing, water stewardship, carbon reduction, and sustainable packaging,” said Victor Seah, Chairman and CEO of Nestlé Indochina.

Nestlé's commitment is reflected in continuous investments in brands, factories, and personnel. Nestlé continuously expands UHT and petfood production lines, creating jobs for local people both directly and indirectly. The company emphasizes innovation across all product portfolios, investing in research and development to create better products that meet the evolving needs of consumers. The local team is supported by global and regional research centers, staying at the forefront of innovation and introduce high-quality, tasty and more nutritious products to address today’s and tomorrow’s trends.

“Innovation is central to Nestlé's business, driven by a deep understanding of Thai consumer needs and trends. Nestlé operates 23 research and development centers and 10 product technology development centers worldwide, investing approximately 1.7 billion Swiss francs annually in research and development. In addition, Nestlé Thailand has signed an MOU with the SPACE-F project to support food tech startups, fostering innovation in food and beverage products that meet Thai consumers' needs for delicious, nutritious, and balanced diets,” added Victor Seah.
