Nestlé signs an MOU with the Nutrition Association of Thailand, offering research grants and partnering to promote health and nutrition literacy among Thai people

Nestlé Thailand, a leading food and beverage company which has been in Thailand for over 130 years, continues to support good health and nutrition among Thai people by signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Nutrition Association of Thailand under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (NAT) to improve health literacy, promote healthy behaviors, and support research to elevate health and nutrition knowledge.

Under this MOU, Nestlé Thailand is offering research grants to the NAT for three years to support research on the topic of health and nutrition in Thailand, as well as another special grant for 2025 to research about promoting healthy habits and balanced diets for sustainable well-being and reduction of risks for non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Nestlé Thailand and NAT have agreed to jointly promote health and nutrition literacy in Thailand, with a shared goal to ensure better health and nutrition among Thai people.

At the same time, over the past 16 years, we have continued to organize activities to share health and nutrition knowledge to Thais nationwide. It is an honor for Nestlé to officially sign this MOU with the NAT to promote good health and nutrition among Thai people. We hope that our partnership will bring progress to nutrition research and help Thais reduce NCDs.”
