Nestlé (Thai) Ltd. continues its commitment to encouraging balanced diets through the launch of an integrated communications campaign called “Delight with the Right Balance” (“Kin Dai Kin Dee” in Thai), which aims to inspire Thais to enjoy their favorite foods while balancing them with a healthy diet. This approach will contribute to long-term good health and help reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). To launch the campaign, a roadshow event introducing the Delight with the Right Balance concept to the dining tables of Bangkok residents was held in collaboration with representatives from the Nutrition Association of Thailand and the Health Department of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.

This activity builds on the “Every Little Bite Matters” concept that Nestlé has consistently promoted over the past two years. It emphasizes that every little bite that we eat matters, as the role of food is not just to satisfy hunger, but also to shape people’s overall quality of life and support long-term health. The concept also reinforces that food is more than a basic need; it nurtures emotions, enables delightful experiences, and connects people.

This year, Nestlé is expanding its Every Little Bite Matters concept to align with a wider range of consumer lifestyles through the Delight with the Right Balance campaign. It started with a launch event that recently took place at Samyan Food Legends on the 4th floor of Samyan Mitrtown. The event included introducing the Delight with the Right Balance concept to consumers, as well as providing tasty and nutritious Nestlé products, including Nesvita, Nestlé Pure Life, and Bear Brand, along with fresh fruit to support a balanced diet and enhance meals. Nestlé also offered knowledge and inspiration to encourage sustainable health practices through the concept of a balanced diet. An activity provided guidance on achieving a balanced diet through three techniques: food pairing, portion control, and meal planning, designed to suit individual lifestyles. The aim is to encourage sustainable behaviors for long-term well-being using practical methods that can be applied in the daily lives of Thai people at all life stages.

The campaign’s primary goal is to inspire Thais to adopt balanced eating habits that bring both satisfaction and health benefits, tailored to their individual lifestyles. The concept of a balanced diet is flexible and easy to apply in daily life. It supports good nutrition, helps reduce the risk of NCDs, and promotes long-term well-being by ensuring sustainable healthy eating.
