More than one third of our top management and leaders worldwide started their careers in Nestlé From the management Trainee Program locally and internationally. By starting your career as trainee in Our Nestlé Indochina Young Leaders Program, you will learn an experience the excitements of a fast-paced and competitive nature of FMCG business, developing your insight and leadership capability at an early stage to achieve your business leaders in Nestlé Indochina Regions. Moreover, after completing a 24-month development program, we may offer successful trainees with the opportunity to gain diverse experiences and to participate in International Development Program at Nestle Headquarter in Switzerland and/or inspiring programs in other Nestle markets based on performance assessment and calibrations.



  • Trainees for Thailand
    • Thai nationality, age not above 28 years old
    • A Master's Degree holder from leading local or international university with a proven track of academic record (minimum GPA 3.25)
    • A fresh graduate, or those with maximum 3 years' experience
    • Fluent in verbal and written English (TOEIC 750; or TOEFL 80, or IELTS 6.5)
   All the trainees must be:

COMMERCIAL (Sales & Marketing)

Be a part of commercial team, you can help Nestlé to delight consumers and customers everyday by understanding and taking our wining actions for brand, category growth, building stronger customer collaboration for mutual growth.

You will go through job rotations in Sales, Channel and Category Sales Development, and Brand Management. As a result, you will gain exposure and experience in Sales, and find out more about the dynamics and insights of different channels and categories development and manage a particular product to deep dive into Marketing and Brand Management.

For the second year, you will be assigned projects with a clear objectives for deliverables which will provide hands-on experience and build your strong functional skills and capabilities. Senior managers and functional coaches will do their best to coach and provide you with the opportunities to show your work, your progress and the results.

Moreover, after completing a 24-month Development Program, successful trainees will be offered opportunities to gain diverse experiences within or out of the Indochina Region.

Note: Myanmar & Cambodian Management Trainees will take mission assignments in Thailand during cross-functional job rotation (approximately 6 - 9 months)

Supply Chain : Our supply chain function is re-inventing itself and becoming a true growth partner, making sure that everyone with customer contact is on board with our changes, partnering with Sales and strengthening our commitment to excellence. All these changes mean we're looking for a new breed of supply chain professional. Be a trainee, you will start by learning key areas of Supply Chain such as Demand & Supply Planning, Distribution, Import & Export, Procurement….Then, you can bring us closer to our customers by making sure our products are there at the right time in the right condition.

Finance and Control : Keeping on top of the figures keeps us on top of the competition. Join our Finance and Control team,  you'll learn an edge by accurate monitoring and reporting, and partnering business units and functions in strategic analysis. With a wide range of responsibilities spanning costing, accounting, budgeting and tax, we should have an opportunity for you whatever your finance background. The proviso is that you question accepted practices and are open to change and improvement.
