Young Leaders Program 

More than one third of our top management and leaders worldwide started their careers in Nestlé From the management Trainee Program locally and internationally. By starting your career as a trainee in Our Nestlé Indochina Young Leaders Program, you will gain an exciting, first-hand experience of a fast-paced and competitive nature of FMCG business, developing your insight and leadership capability at an early stage to sharpen your leadership skills in Nestlé Indochina Regions. Moreover, after completing the 24-month development program, we may offer successful trainees the opportunity to gain broader experiences and to participate in International Development Program at Nestlé Headquarter in Switzerland and/or inspiring programs in other Nestlé markets based on performance assessment and calibrations.



  • A Master's Degree holder from leading local or international universities with a proven track of academic knowledge in areas such as Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance & Control, Supply Chain and Logistic Management
  • 0-3 years of working experience
  • Fluent in verbal and written English (TOEIC 750; or TOEFL 80, or IELTS 6.5)
  • Agile and adaptable to a new and diver culture
  • Highly result-focused with strong leadership, teamwork and passion to win
  • Highly mobile to work upcountry if assigned

COMMERCIAL (Sales & Marketing)

As a part of our commercial team, you can help Nestlé delight our consumers and customers every day by taking winning actions for brands, contributing to category growth, and building a stronger consumer engagement for mutual growth.

You will go through job rotations in Brand Management, Innovation & New Products Development, and Channel and Category Sales Development. As a result, you will gain exposure and experience in Marketing, and find out more about the dynamics and insights of different channels and categories. You will take part in the development and management of a particular product to dive deeper into Marketing and Brand Management.

In the second year, you will be assigned projects with a clear objective for deliverables, which will provide hands-on experience and build your strong functional skills and capabilities. Senior managers and functional coaches will do their best to coach and provide you with the opportunities to showcase your skills, progress and results.

Moreover, after completing the 24-month Development Program, successful trainees will be offered opportunities to gain diverse experiences within or out of the Indochina Region.

Human Resources : As Human Resources’ role is attracting, developing and engaging with the amazing talents that we need in order to grow our business, when you join our Human Resources Team, you can help your Line Managers to improve commercial performance through people. Also, you will have a unique learning experience to go through specialist areas of HR such as recruitment, organization development & training, compensation & benefits and employee services. Through these various roles, you play a part in ensuring our employees’ essential needs are met so that they can focus on what they do.

Supply Chain : Our supply chain function is re-inventing itself and becoming a true growth partner, making sure that everyone with customer contact is on board with our changes, partnering with Sales and strengthening our commitment to excellence. All these changes mean we're looking for a new breed of supply chain professionals. As a trainee, you will start by learning key areas of Supply Chain such as Demand & Supply Planning, Distribution, Import & Export, and Procurement. Then, you can take part in customer engagement by making sure our products are at the place, at right time, and in the right condition.

Finance and Control : Being on top of the figures keeps us on top of the competition. Join our Finance and Control team, where you'll sharpen your skills by accurately monitoring and reporting, as well as partnering with business units and functions in strategic analysis. With a wide range of responsibilities spanning from costing to accounting, budgeting to tax, we should have an opportunity for you whatever your finance background. The proviso is that you are open to change and improvement.
