Who we are looking for?

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Food Technology, Science, Engineering, Human Resources or other related fields
  • A fresh graduate, or those with maximum 3 years of working experience in any of areas above
  • GPAX: 3.00 minimum or equivalent
  • Excellent command in English and Thai
  • Strong analytical skills, leadership, initiatives and problems solving

We offer a range of functional traineeships across many areas of business: Sales, Marketing, Finance & Control, Technical & Production and Human Resources.

Sales

Be a part of our commercial team, you can help Nestlé to delight consumers and customers everyday by understanding and taking our winning actions for category growth and building stronger customer collaboration.

You will go through job rotations and learn more on Channel & Category Sales Development, Customer Relationships, Market Strategies and Field Sales Activities.

You will be provided with clear objectives in order to ensure of project deliverables. Senior managers and functional coaches will do their best to coach and provide you with the opportunities to display your capabilities, progress and results.

Marketing

Be a part of our commercial team, you can help Nestlé to delight consumers and customers everyday by understanding and taking our winning actions for category growth and building stronger customer collaboration through the strategic brand building.

You will go through job rotations and learn more on Brand Management, Brand Communication, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, Channel & Category Sales Development and Consumer Insights to broaden your experiences in Marketing.

You will be provided with clear objectives in order to ensure of project deliverables. Senior managers and functional coaches will do their best to coach and provide you with the opportunities to display your capabilities, progress and results.

Finance & Control

Remaining on top of the figures keeps us competitive in the market, join our Finance & Control team, you will gain the exposure in monitoring, reporting, partnering with business units and delivering strategic financial analysis. Regardless of your Finance background, we have a wide range of opportunities covering costing, accounting, budgeting and tax.

You will be provided with clear objectives in order to ensure of project deliverables. Senior managers and functional coaches will do their best to coach and provide you with the opportunities to display your capabilities, progress and results.

Technical & Production

Be a part of our Manufacturing team, you will have an opportunity to be working in diverse areas and learn the core processes and in-depth technical knowledge such as Engineering, Safety, Health & Environment, Operations Excellence, Regulatory and Quality.

You will be provided with clear objectives in order to ensure of project deliverables. Senior managers and functional coaches will do their best to coach and provide you with the opportunities to display your capabilities, progress and results.

Human Resources

With the aim to attract, develop and engage amazing talents in order to grow our business, join our Human Resources Team to help Line Managers improve commercial performance through people. Moreover, you will have a unique learning experience in various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Organization Development & Training, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Services Teams and Business Partnering.
